The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the date of arrival.

Terms of cancelation 
In case of cancellation up to 3 days before the date of arrival, the hotel does not charge on the credit card provided. 
In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the amount of the first night from the credit card provided. 
Children and extra bed 
All children are welcome. 
All children under 5 stay free of charge when using existing bedding in their parent's room. 
All additional children from 6 to 12 years old are charged CAD 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding in parents' room. 
Any additional older children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night and person when using existing beds. 
A child under 2 years stays free of charge for the use of a cot. 
A maximum number of 1 baby cot in the room.
Prepayment
A prepayment set at CAD 100.00 per room will be taken by the hotel upon reservation and is refundable according to the cancellation conditions. 
Groups 
No special conditions apply to groups. 
VAT, tourist tax and service charges 
12.875% Tax is not included. 
Service charge is not applicable. 
CAD 3.5% city tax per room per night is not included. 
Internet 
Wireless access (Wi-Fi) is available in public areas free of charge. 
Meal 
American breakfast costs CAD 11.00 per person per night. 
Car park 
Free public parking is available on site (without prior reservation). 
Pets 
Pets are allowed in the establishment.
